Fees and Funding

Due to the rising costs and increase to living wage, fees have been revised from September 2023 as below. 

  Prices per session:                              Sept 23                                                         

  AM:                                                            £19.50                                                           

  Lunch club:                                            £4.85                                                          

  PM:                                                             £14.65                                                         

ALL DAy with Packedlunch :                £39.00                                                         

All day with cooked lunch:               £41.90                                                        

EXTENDED HOURS SESSION:               £3.25                                                             

  Forest school (wednesday AM only): £1.50

  Snack:                                                               £0.50 (per snack)

  cooked lunches are available for £2.90 each

 pLEASE BE AWARE THAT FEES WILL BE REVISED YEARLY. 

Snacks

A healthy snack is offered to all children once during the morning session and once in the afternoon session.  Snacks are charged at 50p per snack per child (£1 / day if a child attends all day).  Should you prefer to send your child with a healthy snack from home please let us know and this charge will be removed from your bill. 

PLEASE NOTE:

We require a minimum of 6 weeks written notice if you wish to decrease the number of sessions you need or if you no longer require your child's place.

Fees

Invoices will be put in your childs bag near the beginning of the term and must be paid within two weeks of being issued otherwise your child will not be admitted into preschool. Late payments will incur a £15 charge and £5 per week thereafter. If payment is not made after this your child's place may be withdrawn in line with the powers of the committee in section 3.1 of the constitution.
